Draft Minutes
Minutes of the August 9, 2011 Meeting

Present:  Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham and Raymond Vaillancourt

Mayor Driscoll called the meeting to order at 5:30 P,M.

Due to vacation schedules, the next meeting will be moved to Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, 5:30PM in the Mayor’s Office.

The Salem Council on Aging submitted a request for medication expense reimbursement for $321.52.  Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the request from the Endicott Fund.  The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.

Robert Lutts, Treasurer left information for the Board to review for projected funds available for Large Grants FY12.  After review
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve funding as listed below.  The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.

The Board has requested information from NSCAP with reference to client tracking for audit purposes.  Their response will follow.  

Two expenses for the Read Fund Picnic were received.  Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve payment from the Picnic Funds ($427.50).  The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously

The Draft minutes for July 14, 2011 were reviewed.   Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes.  The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 P,M.
